Description: Allows for multiple layers (or trees and sub trees) within your Auto Attendant. If you want your caller to press “1” for sales and then then give them another option to press “1 for New Sales” or “2 for Existing Sales” then this is the feature for you.
Cost: Basic Auto Attendant (with a single tree) is included for free with your CityHosted seats. The premium option is billed as an upgrade feature in addition to the regular seat cost.
How To Use: You will provide an outline for how you want the prompts set up and then record the messages that you want played.
