- Description: They’re your numbers so why not keep them. Number portability is included for each phone. If you have a block of DIDs that are not assigned to phones, we can also port those over for just a few dollars more. In very rare instances, your current provider can’t (or won’t) release your phone numbers. If that happens, we have lots of solutions to help you do what you want to do, and keep building your business.
- Cost: This is a FREE feature with the purchase of your standard seats.
- How To Use: During the setup of your account, the basic feature will automatically be set up.
- Requirements: You must have an active CityHosted account.
