Regional Movie-Theater Chain
We work for a regional movie-theater chain to design their voice and data networks. We keep track of all network infrastructure inventory and manage all renewals. We helped them recently source a new cloud-based business phone system to support their corporate offices as well as all their theater locations.
National Telemarketing Company
This outsource call center employs several thousand people and supports well-known international energy clients and also a national cable television provider. We helped them move to an all-cloud model several years ago (helped them determine the scope of their RFP, manage which vendors they considered, helped them negotiate favorable terms, and project managed the roll out). We help them on an ongoing basis renegotiate agreements, resolve billing issues, and integrate complex third-party systems (like workforce management and SD-WAN networking) into their multi-vendor environment.
National Car-Sales Organization
This rapidly-expanding, online, national car sales organization is focused on the growth and development of their eCommerce platform. We are contracted by their IT team on a permanent basis to manage all telecommunication infrastructure for them. We research and provision the voice and data networks at new locations. We help them research new contact center and business phone system technologies. We receive, audit, and pay all their communications bills.
This multi-location dental practice used us to select and implement a networked phone system across all three of their dental offices. We also helped them setup their SD WAN network as well as the underlying carriers that are connected to it. We have helped them integrate the phone system into their scheduling application and continue to support, manage, and evaluate their telecom needs.
